Goods receiving
The product is unloaded from the Grexon truck on the south side into the ground-floor handling area. Pallets and cartons are unloaded and matched with your delivery note and pre-advice.
Inspection and counting
Every carton is counted and checked for visible damage. If the quantity differs from the announced amount, we inform you the same day.
Labeling and slotting
Products are barcoded and assigned a rack location in the warehouse management system. From this point on, you can view your inventory in real time from your dashboard.
Storage
The product is stored in one of 8,127 rack modules across more than 10 km of racking on two floors. Freight elevators connect the floors.
Order picking
As soon as an order arrives from a marketplace, a picking list is created. The product is collected from its rack location and moved to the picking area on the north side.
Packing
Your order is packed to suit your product and brand. The invoice, return form and shipping label are added.
Shipping
The parcel is transferred through the north-side shipping docks to a DHL truck. The warehouse has 39 loading doors in total. The tracking number is sent to both you and your customer.
Returns management
Returned products are received via the ramps at Lager 1.2 and inspected in a separate area. If they are resellable, they are returned to stock; otherwise, they are separated according to your instructions.

You can monitor all inventory and orders in real time through the Grexon dashboard. Inventory security and tracking are managed by the Grexon team.
On which floor and rack are my products stored?
We plan placement according to product size and sales velocity. Fast-moving products are stored near picking areas, while slower-moving stock is placed further inside.
How are products in the warehouse secured?
Our warehouse is monitored 24/7 by security cameras and protected by advanced security measures. We take responsibility for the safety of your products.
How do I receive my payment?
Sales are processed in euros; your payment is transferred to your bank account according to the payment term stated in the contract.
