Goods receipt
Your truck docks at the handling area on the ground floor. Pallets and cartons are unloaded and matched against the delivery note and your advance shipping notice.
Inspection and count
Every carton is counted and checked for external damage. If anything doesn't match the announced quantity, we notify you the same day.
Labeling and slotting
Products are barcoded and assigned a shelf location in our warehouse management system. From this moment on, you can see your stock live in your dashboard.
Storage
The product is placed in one of 8,127 shelving modules along more than 10 km of shelving across two floors. Freight elevators connect the floors.
Order picking
As soon as an order arrives from a marketplace, a pick list is created. The item is picked from its shelf location and taken to the picking zone on the north side.
Packing
Your order is packed to suit your product and your brand. The invoice, return form and shipping label are added.
Shipping
The parcel leaves through one of 28 loading docks on the north side and is handed over to the carrier. The tracking number reaches both you and your customer.
Returns management
Returned items are inspected in a separate area. If they are sellable, they go back into stock; if not, they are handled according to your instructions.

Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes. By appointment, you can visit our facility in Neu-Ulm and see the entire operation, from goods receipt to shipping, together with our team.
Do I need to set up a company in Europe?
No. Grexon handles all commercial transactions on your behalf and transfers payments to your business account in your home country.
How do I track my stock?
You can monitor all your stock and orders in real time in the Grexon dashboard. Stock security and tracking are the responsibility of the Grexon team.
On which floor and shelf will my products be stored?
We plan the layout based on your products' size and sales velocity. Fast movers go on shelves close to the picking zones, while long-term stock is stored further inside.
How are products in the warehouse kept secure?
Our warehouse is monitored by CCTV around the clock and protected by advanced security measures. We take responsibility for the safety of your products.
How do I get paid?
Sales are made in euros, and payments are transferred to your bank account within the terms set out in your contract.
